INTENDED PURPOSE OF THE COLLECTED PERSONAL DATA

We collect personal data for managing client relationships and for marketing. The basis for processing personal data is a contract: customership. The disclosure of certain personal data is a requirement for delivering an order and therefore also for placing an order.

Personal data is kept confidential. The register cannot be accessed via public information network. The register is located on secure servers and can only be can accessed by the company personnel over a secure connection.

RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT

The data subject has the right to request

  • access to their personal data
  • corrections for inaccurate or incomplete information
  • deletion of their information
  • restriction of and objection to the processing of their data
  • transfer of their data to another system

Written and signed requests are asked to be delivered to sales@kuohuwater.com.

Equally, if the processing of data is based on a separate agreement, the data subject has the right to cancel the agreement at any given time by contacting sales@kuohuwater.com. Cancelling the agreement doesn’t affect the legality of the processing of data done prior to the cancellation.

The data subject has the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority concerning the processing of data.
